your responsibilities
Your primary duties will include installing new machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, providing internal support to clients, and offering guidance and instruction. Following comprehensive training, you'll independently service, install, and commission BILWINCO weighing and packaging systems in our International markets. Direct interaction with clients underscores the importance of exceptional service-oriented, motivational, and communication skills. Proficiency in professional-client interaction is non-negotiable. Projects or service visits typically range from one day to several weeks, occasionally extending to longer durations. You'll work remotely during periods without service/installation tasks, supporting clients and preparing for upcoming assignments.

- Mechanical acumen, with the ability to assess and replace mechanical parts in older equipment
- Experience with PLC programming and electronic controls •
- Background in electrical craftsmanship
- Ideally, 2-4 years of experience as a service technician handling machines and control systems
- Residing in North Denmark, centrally in Europe or UK
- Methodical approach to work with a strong sense of completion
- Ability to multitask effectively, with a high tolerance for stress
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Adept at providing valuable insights to colleagues
