Service agreement


Multihead Weighers from BILWINCO are built to last 25-30 years. To ensure optimal performance, follow recommended service inspections and replace worn parts regularly. Our expert service managers are highly knowledgeable about these machines.

A maintenance agreement at a fixed annual price covers regular inspections, spare parts, preventive maintenance, hotline support, and calibration. This ensures uptime, prevents production halts, and avoids costly repairs, providing greater assurance of long-term, optimal operation and profitability with the lowest TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Additionally, a maintenance agreement includes an extended warranty.

Wear and spare parts


As one of the few producers in the market, we continue to
support spare parts for older machines, ensuring ongoing
functionality and customer satisfaction. In combination
with easily replaceable wear parts reducing downtime and
maintenance costs, we guarantee the lowest Total Cost of
Ownership on the market!

Need assistance outside normal opening hours?


Outside normal opening hours we can offer you our hotline service which is telephone and remote online support. All new Bilwinco Multiheads are or can be equipped with our online system which allows us to access your machine and help you resolve issues to eliminate line downtime.
