Area Sales Manager – Germany
Bilwinco A/S: Established in 1955, Bilwinco A/S is an innovative company that develops and
manufactures customer-specific solutions that contribute positively to our clients’ businesses
through cost savings and more efficient production flows.
The company designs, manufactures, sells, and installs complete solutions within automatic
weighing, filling, and packaging systems – primarily for the food and metal industries. Approximately
95% of our production is exported
Tasks
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve defined revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while identifying new business
opportunities. - Conducting market analyses and competitor monitoring to identify growth potential.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to prepare tailored proposals.
- Regular participation in industry events and trade fairs to promote our products.
Profile
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in export sales of technical products.
- Technical insight into the food industry or weighing equipment is an advantage, but not a
requirement. We place greater emphasis on proven international sales experience than on
formal education. You must be fluent in German and English at negotiation level, and
additional language skills will be considered an asset.
We expect you to work independently, with dedication and a positive attitude, while recognizing that
our collective succes built on collaboration. You should also be prepared to travel approximately 100–
120 days per year.

strong relationships with existing customers, and participating in trade fairs. You will be
responsible for developing sales of our multihead weighing systems for the food and
manufacturing industries – primarily in Germany and the DACH region. The work will be carried
out independently as well as in collaboration with distributors and agents. We offer a
